The Flame of Love Rosary is a variation of the traditional Catholic rosary prayer, inspired by the messages and devotion promoted by Elizabeth Kindelmann, a Hungarian mystic who claimed to receive private revelations from the Virgin Mary and Jesus in the mid-20th century. These messages emphasized the "Flame of Love" as a grace meant to blind Satan and rekindle faith and love for God in hearts around the world.

Key Features of the Flame of Love Rosary:

Traditional Structure: It is based on the traditional structure of the rosary, with the same decades of Hail Marys, Our Fathers, and Mysteries (Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, and Luminous).

Added Invocation: A distinctive feature of the Flame of Love Rosary is the addition of the phrase "Spread the effect of grace of thy Flame of Love over all humanity" within the Hail Mary prayer:

Instead of the traditional line: "Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death,"

it becomes:

"Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, spread the effect of grace of thy Flame of Love over all humanity, now and at the hour of our death."

Purpose: The devotion aims to encourage personal and communal holiness, spiritual renewal, and the conversion of souls. It emphasizes the power of prayer, fasting, and sacrifice in fighting evil and spreading the love of God.

Approval and Practice: The Flame of Love movement has received ecclesiastical approval in several countries and is practiced by Catholics worldwide. However, as with all private revelations, it is not considered a part of the Church's official dogma, and participation is voluntary.

Spiritual Intentions:

The Flame of Love Rosary is often prayed for:

The sanctification of families.

The conversion of sinners.

Peace in the world.

Blinding Satan to weaken his influence over humanity.

This rosary and the associated devotion offer a way for the faithful to deepen their spiritual life and foster love and unity, as inspired by Elizabeth Kindelmann's messages.
